Call Recording

WemTel's unique VoIP Recording system continuously monitors all calls on a VoIP-enabled network at a packet level, creating individual call records, summaries and captures each call for playback as needed.

The integrated call log displays call records in reporting or diagnostic views and allows easy navigation to search for calls quickly and easily. Captured packet files can be used for analysis and problem resolution.

Features include:

  1. Easy-to-use Interface - Navigate call records quickly and easily with instant access to each call's details, capture file and extracted media.
  2. Call Logging - Call records for each call are recorded chronologically to a call log accessed from within the interface.
  3. High Level Call Statistics - View current and average call statistics broken down by current time, day, week and month.
  4. Remote Access - Access call records from anywhere on the LAN  via an integrated web interface
  5. Access to Call QoS Metrics - View maximum and average jitter values, as well as packet loss calculations from within the call details
